I collect the minimum amount of information needed to provide my services. I don't sell your data. I don't spam you. If you have questions, email me.

Who I am

This site is operated by Will Lowrey through Brightlea Ventures LLC. When this policy says “I,” “me,” or “my,” it means Will Lowrey and Brightlea Ventures.

What I collect

• Information you give me directly: your name, email, and anything you share when you book a call, sign up for a program, join the community, or send me a message.
• Basic analytics: page views, referral source, and general device info. This helps me understand what's working on the site. I use privacy-respecting analytics where possible.
• Cookies: only what's necessary for the site to function and for basic analytics. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How I use it

• To provide coaching, programs, and community services
• To send you information you signed up for (schedules, materials, updates)
• To improve the site and my services
• To respond when you reach out

What I don't do

• I don't sell your personal information. Ever.
• I don't share your data with advertisers.
• I don't send unsolicited marketing emails. If you hear from me, it's because you signed up for something.

Third-party services

I use a few third-party tools to run my business: Calendly for scheduling, Vercel for hosting, and potentially Stripe for payments. Each of these has their own privacy policies. I only use reputable services that take privacy seriously.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what data I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email me. I'll handle it promptly and without hassle.

Changes to this policy

If I make meaningful changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. I won't make changes that reduce your privacy protections without giving you a heads-up.
